Doesn't Write Your Policies
Assured-Ed doesn't generate generic policies. It helps you understand whether the evidence you already hold demonstrates the organisational capability inspectors are looking for. The platform supports your governance; it doesn't replace it.
Doesn't Create Evidence
Assured-Ed cannot invent evidence, fill gaps, or create capability that doesn't exist. Where evidence is incomplete, weak, or missing, the platform identifies those gaps honestly. Inspection readiness is earned through demonstrable evidence, not generated by AI.
AI Doesn't Approve Everything
AI is used to assist, not to decide. Evidence affecting another department or judgement area must still be reviewed and approved by the responsible Department Lead or Organisation Administrator. Human accountability always remains at the centre.
Doesn't Award Inspection Grades
Assessments help your organisation prepare for inspection, identify strengths, and highlight gaps. They are not Ofsted grades, inspection outcomes, or predictions. Final inspection judgements always remain the responsibility of the inspectorate.
Doesn't Make You GDPR Compliant
Assured-Ed has security controls to protect your information. However, your organisation remains responsible for its own legal obligations as a Data Controller, including Privacy Notice, retention policies, and Data Processing Agreement where required.
